These mirrors are ¼ inch thick and made of high quality clear tempered glass featuring a 1 inch beveled edge, which adds a smooth slight angle on the top edge of the mirror and is soft to the touch. Measure them very carefully or you may have an issue with them being level. The metal pads attached to the back on mine were not the same distance from the bottom of the mirror so if I had not adjusted for the height difference the bottom edge would not have been level. Also, the hollow wall anchors that they supply are flimsy. I removed them and put my own in and they were sturdy. I assumed the foam pads install at the bottom of the mirror to help secure and lay a little flatter. Instructions may have been helpful but not that bad. Glad I checked the metal pad dimensions before I installed! They do look great once installed. The only problem is that it comes with no instructions on how to hang it and the included hardware is utterly baffling. No instructions came with mirror. I hanged mirror using picture frame wire. Installed in 10 minutes.
